Season’s Greetings

I hope you have been able to enjoy the lovely Christmas markets, mulled wine and office parties! I am looking forward to my last lessons this year with Christmas crackers, mince pies and conversations about different traditions. I am of course very British and follow most of the traditions listed here:

I am very grateful I can celebrate with my family in a country at peace and that my 96-year old Dad can still join us virtually on FaceTime as we sit around the tree.

With my friends around me retiring, I am happy that I can still earn my living doing something I love and would like to thank you all for all the interesting lessons, and for working so hard at your English skills. Remember that learning English is a lot like unwrapping a present – sometimes it’s a delightful surprise, and other times it’s a real head-scratcher 😊. But fear not! Just like Santa’s GPS, your hard work will steadily guide you towards fluency. Season’s Greetings to you all and a healthy and happy 2024 with joy in this world.
